Hey loves!! My name is Aly Wagner, and I’m an Assistant Stylist and Spray Tan Artist here at Elle & Co! I’ve been training under Michelle since September 2025, and I’m so grateful to continue growing in such an amazing salon surrounded by the sweetest team and clients. I’ll officially be on the floor taking my own clients in September 2026, and I couldn’t be more excited!

My passion for the beauty industry started at a young age. I was always the go-to hair girl for friends, family, and school dances. I fell in love with the confidence that comes from helping someone feel beautiful and like the best version of themselves. As a hands-on learner with a creative heart, this industry truly feels like home.

Behind the chair, my goal is to create a relaxing, comfortable experience where you feel heard, cared for, and confident. Whether you’re looking for a soft blended color, cute styled curls, a custom Elle & Co glow tan, or just some pampering time, I’m here to bring your vision to life!!

You’ll always be greeted with good vibes, a cozy space, and a whole lot of love!! I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair, chat, laugh, and create something beautiful together.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service. Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

LATE POLICY
In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY
A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require a 48 hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

CHILDREN POLICY
I love to see and serve your little ones! Children 10 years and under are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
