Hi beauties, i’m Alyana! I am an assistant stylist at Elle & Co and am so excited to be able to grow and perfect my work under Kate and Michelle! I am so lucky to be in such a supportive environment surrounded by the team and all of you! I started here in September 2026 and will be taking my own clients starting September 2027, and I can’t wait to meet you all :) 

I always knew I wanted to be a part of the beauty industry since I was little. I love that I am able to grow confidence in others and show how I care for them. I grew up wanting to practice hair, makeup, and nails on all my family and friends. I am so grateful I get to turn my little kid dreams into reality!

My goal when taking new clients is to always make you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. It will always be a priority of mine to make you happy, so If you’ve been looking for a lived in color, a bomb blowout, or even a spray tan — i’m your girl!

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service. Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

LATE POLICY
In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY
A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require a 48 hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

CHILDREN POLICY
I love to see and serve your little ones! Children 10 years and under are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
