Hiii! I’m Meg! I’ve been a Stylist here at Elle & Co for 6 years and counting. Elle and Co is a home away from home to me and I hope it will be for you too. I’ve had a passion for all things beauty my entire life, but I entered the beauty industry after a big career change in my early 20’s. I have a marketing and event management degree from Iowa State and quickly found I was not in the right career. I made the jump to start cosmetology school at 24 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s truly never too late to chase a dream! 

Behind the chair, I love blonding services, dimensional color, and hand tied extensions. I love creating hair that fits your lifestyle. Whether you like to get your hair done twice a year or every 8 weeks, I’m here to create a look that’s beautiful on you when you leave and in the time between your next appointment too. Outside of actually doing hair while your here, I LOVE chatting with my clients about life, cool travel spots, new restaurants, fun boutiques, and just learning about you. YOU are a big reason of why I love that I do. If you’re quiet or just in need some R&R, I am also happy to provide a silent service <3

I take what I do and your experience in the salon seriously. I believe hair is one of the best investments you can make for yourself! At my core, I am happy go lucky girl that has a passion to provide a welcoming, positive, and fun experience for my clients. We also have the best drink menu, so don’t be afraid to order something, I love whipping up a fun drink! Life’s too short to have ugly hair! CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled service, 100% of the cost of your scheduled service will be charged. Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

LATE POLICY
In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY
A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require a 48 hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

CHILDREN POLICY
I love to see and serve your little ones! Children 10 years and under are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
