Hey there, beauty babe! I’m Michelle, owner and stylist at Elle & Co. My love for this industry started young. From Barbie dolls to friends, the number of secret bedroom haircuts I gave as a kid is honestly embarrassing to admit. But in 2009, as a junior in high school, that passion turned into purpose. I chose to step off the traditional path and follow my heart even when it didn’t fit the world’s idea of “success.” It was a risk… and one I’m forever grateful I took.

I've been a business owner since 2018 and am still an active stylist because what would life be without dimensional, lived-in color and perfectly blended, hand tied extensions?! 

At my core, I believe an incredible salon starts with incredible leadership. I live and breathe for my team, our clients, and the culture we’ve built at Elle & Co. We’re rooted in passion, elevated craft, and good vibes. Creating beautiful hair and teaching other stylists to do the same fuels my soul.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service. Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

LATE POLICY
In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY
A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require a 48 hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

CHILDREN POLICY
I love to see and serve your little ones! Children 10 years and under are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
