It all begins with a simple contact form! This will give us all the
details we need to start the process.
Discovery Phone Call
Within 72 hours of receiving your form, we will reach out to you about scheduling a phone call to chat and get to know each other better. We will also answer any questions you have for us.
First Meet Up
We will give you a tour of our 5,000 square foot salon space, you’ll meet Michelle, and we will show you our amenities. This will help you get a feel for what working with us looks like.
Shadow Day
A shadow day is the best way to see if the salon is a good fit for you! During this time, you will experience Elle and Co. Styling Salon, meet the team, and learn new tricks that will help you grow as a stylist. We want to ensure our salon feels like home to you.

Technical Interview
The technical interview is the perfect opportunity for you to show us your skills as a stylist. Because we pride ourselves in our experience and quality of the hair and services we provide, this gives us a chance to assess if we think additional training would be beneficial to take you to the next level. If we are in agreement that Elle & Co. is the place for you, the next step is signing the lease!
