A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service. Missing any scheduled appointment with zero notice will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled service. Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy.

If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. There are no exceptions to this policy! Notice to miss a scheduled appointment is required. This way, I can attempt to fill the appointment time servicing another guest.

In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged as such. If you are running a few minutes behind, please give the salon a call or send me a personal message to let me know. If you exceed the 15 minute grace period, you will be charged accordingly, and your service will need to be rescheduled.
