Hey there, beauty babe! It’s Michelle here, Owner and Stylist at Elle & Co. Styling Salon.

My obsession for this industry started at an extremely young age. From barbies to friends, the amount of secret bedroom haircuts I gave as a kid is actually embarrassing to admit! My real journey in 2009 when I was a junior in high school. I decided to kick the traditional educational route to the curb and follow my heart despite what the world’s standard for “success” looked like. It was a risk, but with great risk comes great reward!

I've been a salon owner since 2018 and am still an active stylist because what would life be without dimensional, lived-in color and perfectly blended, hand tied extensions?!

I believe that an incredible team starts with incredible leadership which is why I live and breathe for my team, our clients, and our salon. We exude passion, energy, and good vibes! Creating beautiful hair and teaching other stylists to do the same fuels my soul. If you want to feel inspired, confident, and leave with your best hair yet, make yourself cozy in my chair!

1) If I had to choose one thing to eat every single day, it would be loaded nachos! Gimme alllll the fixings and chips. I LOVE salt and crunch.
