A card will be required to be added to your client profile at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancellation-no show fee. A cancellation made within less than 24 hours on their original appointment time will be charged equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card one file at the time of cancellation. Extension appointments canceled within 48 hours of their appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. Any appointment that a client does not arrive for, or arrives more than 15 minutes late for, or same day cancellations will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. 

Color, extensions and other chemical services are guaranteed only if the recommended at-home haircare is purchased directly though Samon’s retail links or from Elle and Co. Styling Salon. Due to the diversion of professional products, purchasing your home are prescription outside of the salon will forfeit any guarantee. Hair color, extensions and other chemical services cannot be guaranteed if professional products are not purchased through Samon or from Elle and Co. Styling Salon.

HAIR CARE POLICY

I love to see and serve your little ones! Children 10 years and under are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
